All Sales Are Final

By placing an order with us, you agree that all sales are final.

Once an order is submitted and payment is made, it cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or modified for any reason.

Raw Milk Products

We sell raw milk and related farm products. By purchasing raw milk from us, you acknowledge that raw milk is not pasteurized and may carry health risks.

Customers are responsible for understanding the risks associated with consuming raw milk and for following safe handling, storage, and consumption practices after pickup.

Order Pickup

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the scheduled pickup date, time, and location.

If you fail to pick up your order, your order will not be changed, refunded, replaced, credited, rescheduled, or modified.

Missed pickups are treated as completed sales.

No Refunds or Credits

We do not offer refunds, store credits, replacements, or substitutions for:

  • Missed pickups

  • Late pickups

  • Customer scheduling conflicts

  • Changed plans

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Failure to read pickup instructions

  • Failure to properly store products after pickup

Product Availability

Product availability may vary. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill an item due to circumstances on our end, we may offer a replacement, substitution, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate order and contact information

  • Pick up your order on time

  • Review all pickup instructions

  • Safely transport and store your products

  • Understand that raw milk is a perishable product

Raw Milk and Raw Cream Subscriptions

We offer raw milk and cream subscriptions for customers who wish to receive products on a recurring basis.

By signing up for a subscription, you agree that your subscription order is reserved for you on the scheduled pickup dates. Subscription payments and orders are subject to the same all sales final policy as all other purchases.

Customers are responsible for picking up their subscription orders on the scheduled pickup date, time, and location.

If you fail to pick up a subscription order, that order will not be changed, refunded, replaced, credited, rescheduled, rolled over, or modified.

Missed subscription pickups are treated as completed sales.

Subscription quantities, pickup schedules, payment terms, cancellation rules, and product availability may vary and will be provided at the time of signup. Any changes or cancellations to a subscription must be made according to the subscription terms provided by us.

Raw milk and cream are perishable products. Customers are responsible for timely pickup, safe transport, and proper storage of all subscription products after pickup.

Subscription Signup Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing checkout, including whether they are purchasing a one-time order or signing up for a recurring subscription.

If a customer accidentally signs up for a raw milk or cream subscription, the customer is still responsible for any orders, charges, and pickup obligations created before the subscription is properly cancelled or changed.

Accidental subscription signups are subject to our all sales final policy. Orders already placed, processed, reserved, or prepared under a subscription will not be changed, refunded, credited, replaced, or modified.

Customers may request to cancel or update future subscription orders according to our subscription cancellation terms, but this does not apply to orders that have already been placed, processed, reserved, or prepared.

Subscription Email Notices

Customers enrolled in a raw milk or cream subscription may receive email notices, reminders, confirmations, or updates regarding their subscription orders.

These notices are provided as a courtesy. Customers remain responsible for managing, reviewing, updating, or cancelling their subscription according to our subscription terms.

Failure to read, receive, open, or respond to subscription emails does not cancel a subscription and does not waive the customer’s responsibility for any orders, charges, or pickup obligations created before cancellation.

Processed, reserved, or prepared subscription orders remain subject to our all-sales-final policy.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
